Olive Ginger Roller Bottle; Pregnancy, Expecting Mothers, Pumping Mamas | Morning Sickness, Mom to Be, Baby Shower, Gift

Everyone knows about the dreaded “morning sickness” which is not just in the morning but can be all day! When I was pregnant, if I became nauseous ginger was the only thing that helped.
Here is a possible solution to that.  Ginger is known for calming nausea and vomiting.  Olive ginger is a blend that can help with that.  It smells like ginger.  You can either use it as an inhaler or roll it onto your skin.


This is a blend of the following essential oils:

Olive oil
Ginger essential oil
Roman chamomile essential oil

Here is some more information on the ingredients:

Olive oil has great benefits for the skin such as being a moisturizer, goes into pores without clogging them up, an antioxidant, prevent skin damage, makes the skin smooth, and can be used for all skin types
Roman Chamomile essential oil is said to be an antidepressant, anti-inflammatory, relieve pain, and is beneficial to the healing process
Ginger essential oil has properties that are analgesic, antiseptic, antispasmodic, antitussive, and bactericidal which means it can help with nausea, menstrual pain, sore muscles and pain

Directions: Roll onto breast, underarms, and/or on bottoms of feet. Apply immediately after lactating to allow oil to seep into skin before lactating again.

Essential oil dilution for lactating mothers is 1% which the blends of oils contain and a safe amount when applied topically to sensitive areas or when exposed to infants. If skin sensitivity occurs, apply additional carrier oil (olive oil or coconut oil) to the site of application.
